What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you approved, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number so our support team can investigate quickly. Depending on the situation, we’ll either replace the items at no cost or arrange a refund.
